Roast Potato, Pumpkin, Carrot and Beetroot


Ingredients

  • Potato
  • Pumpkin
  • Carrot
  • Beetroot


Preparation

  • Peel vegetables, cut into 2.5cm cubes


Instructions

Place vegetables in Spitmate, add 2 or 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary and fit lid.

Attach Spitmate to spitbar, turn on motor and drizzle with olive oil.

Cook over high heat, with the highest heat you can give them to ensure crispy roast vegetables. This gives best results.
