Wood fired Chicken Tenderloin Kebab
- Chicken tenderloins
- 1 tbsps. brown sugar
- 2 tbsps. soy sauce
- Combine sugar & soy sauce and mix well
- Marinate tenderloins in marinade for 1 hour prior
Secure an SSS spike in reverse on spitbar, then thread tenderloins onto spitbar and secure with another SSS spike in reverse position.
Cook over high heat approx. 15 minutes. (Chicken fillets can also be used, cut into thin segments)
