Ingredients

  • Whole chicken
  • Bacon
  • Onions
  • Garlic (4-6 cloves)
  • Fresh herbs, thyme, rosemary, Italian parsley and any other fresh herbs that you desire


Preparation

  • Stuff chicken with bacon, onion garlic and fresh herbs.
  • Rub sea salt and freshly ground black pepper into the skin.


Instructions

Secure chicken on spitbar with SSL Spikes. Use a Meat Thermometer to check when done.
