Rotisserie Grilled Garlic Infused Beef


  • Butt of beef
  • Garlic


  • Cut fresh garlic cloves into long segments.
  • Slit beef roast with knife in selected places and insert garlic pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and rub in well to the meat, sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper and rub in well.
  • Place beef on spitbar and cook over medium heat for approximately 60-80 minutes depending on size of beef. Use a Meat Thermometer to check the internal temperature.

Garlic chilli marinade


  • 6 garlic cloves crushed
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsps. sweet chilli sauce
